1.Raw materials are fed into the 50m³ silo by a truck or loader.
2.The vibrating feeder uniformly conveys the raw materials to the jaw crusher.
3.The jaw crusher crushes the 300mm raw materials to less than 140mm, and the crushed materials are conveyed to the vibrating screen by a belt conveyor.
4.The vibrating screen separates the materials into four categories: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-25mm and above 47mm. Materials that meet the final specifications are conveyed to the finished product area by a belt conveyor, while materials of 25-47mm are transported to the multi-cylinder cone crusher via a belt conveyor. Materials above 47mm are conveyed back to the jaw crusher for re-crushing.
5.The cone crusher crushes the 25-47mm materials again. Its main function is to shape the finished products, making them mostly polygonal and three-dimensional, reducing the proportion of needle-shaped and flaky particles, and improving the quality of finished product specifications.
6.The crushed materials are conveyed to the sand making machine by a conveyor, and all materials go through vibrating screen for screening. Materials of 0-5mm, 5-10mm and 10-25mm are directly sent to the finished product area by the conveyor. Bulk materials that do not meet the requirements are screened out by the vibrating screen and conveyed to the cone crusher via a conveyor.
