The jaw crusher, also known as the jaw breaker, is a widely used crushing equipment in fields. It is mainly used for coarse crushing of rocks, ores and other materials. It features a simple structure, stable operation, strong applicability, large output and convenient maintenance. It is a commonly used core equipment in various crushing production lines.

The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, causing the movable jaw to perform periodic reciprocating motion, constantly approaching and leaving the fixed jaw plate. This squeezes, splits and breaks the material entering between the two jaw plates, thereby crushing large pieces of material. The crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port relying on its own weight.
