Product Introduction

Working Principle

1. Materials enter the crushing chamber from the feed inlet and fall onto the blow bars of the high-speed rotating rotor, where they are initially crushed by impact, shearing and grinding.

2. The crushed materials are thrown onto the impact liner for secondary impact crushing; unqualified materials are circulated and crushed repeatedly in the chamber.

3. Qualified fine materials are discharged through the grate bars/sieve plates to complete fine crushing/sand making; some models are equipped with double chambers to enhance the fine crushing effect.
